When we look for new teachers to join us on our journey, besides the obvious requirements of academic excellence and the ability to effectively inspire learning, we look for an attitude that connects with ours. We look for a real love for children, team skills and a passion for knowledge.
At Zenith, we understand the need of a child. Here we are providing a happy, familiar, and comfortable environment all around. In kindergarten, we planned the activities in such a way that a child learns new things every day with enthusiasm. We inculcate good habits, social manners, and etiquette in a child from the very beginning. We lay emphasis on the balanced diet of the child as we believe that a ‘Healthy mind lives in a Healthy body’. As it is a first step towards a child’s study so we ensure that their path of the journey may become joyous and creative.
We understand that primary education is most important to dive into the ocean of learning. We provide an eco-friendly and lush green campus. We maintain robust communication with the parents through different modes such as Parents’ Teacher Meetings, WhatsApp groups, Circulars, etc. To keep them apprised about their ward’s performance. Our aim is always to associate education with morals and in this way, our entire focus is on four skills listening, speaking, reading, and writing through various activities.
The Senior Curriculum is based on holistic learning for students. We make learning creative and innovative for the outcome. We promote the unique capabilities of each student by participating in each and every activity designed by the CBSE and the Government of India to develop a deep sense of respect towards the values and responsibilities. We include sports, indoor and outdoor games, martial arts, and other physical activities in our school campus for all students to maintain their mental and physical health.
We share a detailed report with the parents at the end of each Learning Cycle which gives a complete picture of the child's strengths, interests and skills. Since grades can at best provide an understanding of one aspect of a child's development; the report is a combination of quantitative and qualitative feedback from all teachers, tutors and includes a self assessment by the students as well as parent feedback.
